Peer Review

All manuscripts deemed suitable for publication undergo an external review using the double-blind peer review system.

In STM terminology, the review process follows a double anonymization identity transparency model, where the reviewer interacts only with the assigned editor, and no information about the review is published.

The Editorial Committee always retains the authority to determine the relevance and interest of the submitted materials for potential inclusion in the journal.
